Kelli Hillgoth - Director of Human Resources

Kelli Hillgoth has 10 years of Human Resource Management experience in a a broad span of industries, from small business consulting and professional services to large corporate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and e-commerce organizations. Her approach to Human Resources Management is compliance focused while emphasizing mutually respectful and beneficial relationships between employer and employees. Kelli's personal mission as a Director of Human Resources is to prioritize equal opportunity as the ultimate goal in all of her Human Resources interactions and decisions, allowing for a consistent and fair workplace that inspires a trusting, positive, collaborative company culture.

Kelli received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, specializing in Corporate and Professional Communication and Public Relations, from Aurora University, Aurora, IL and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is a mother of three young children and is married to a Lieutenant of the Fire Service. Aside from spending time with her family, Kelli enjoys food (both cooking and eating it!), all things Disney, reading and writing, and trying her hand at new hobbies and/or learning something new to keep life interesting.
