Kirsten Spraker - Vice President, Operations

​Kirsten Spraker is a natural leader with a proven track record for managing a wide range of programs and projects across several industry sectors and multi-national forums. After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Kirsten led as a front-line aviator, where she developed a command of operational and mission-driven leadership and technical excellence. Kirsten is well versed in the management of critical resources and enforcement of organizational standards in time-sensitive and frequently ambiguous environments. Following her military service, Kirsten focused her leadership, energy, and mission-oriented drive on the international market and diplomatic missions in the Asian-Pacific region and West Africa.
 
Kirsten joined VPD Government Solutions in 2015 as a management consultant, directly responsible for developing complex technical requirements for more than $150M in border infrastructure transformation projects for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. With an aptitude for multifaceted problem-solving and a results-driven work ethic, she quickly earned the trust of clients and stakeholders and paved the way for project success. 
 
Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration with Specialization in Project Management from Norwich University. She is a certified PMP® and possesses commercial FAA pilot ratings for both fixed and rotor-craft.
